Our Story

Personal by design

When we began traveling we wanted some things that hotels just didn't offer. - We didn't like leaving our dogs at home and we didn't want to board them. - We didn't want to go out to eat everyday, we wanted a place to cook. - We wanted larger spaces where we could be comfortable traveling with family and friends. So we created our first rental property with all of that mind and we have been upgrading it ever since.

We stayed with 6 adults in total and 1 toddler. The house and location are both great overall. One downside is that the house sleeps 12 max however even with only 6 people, one person had to either sit on the fireplace hearth or barstool while trying to hangout and chat. We did not receive any check out instructions before leaving but luckily right before we left we messaged the host and was able to find out what we needed to do and it’s very minimal. Our friends loved having fishing poles available. The cabin was tastefully decorated with seasonal decor.

Nice cabin but the drought has taken its toll on the view. Neighbors were closer than we would have liked. The seating inside the cabin was one non reclining sofa. We were thinking of coming back with family or friends but if the weather was hot or cold there was no place to sit.

Such an awesome experience! Thankful to have stayed and if we ever make our way back to this side of town we will definitely book here again! The space was great and very accommodating and couldn’t be any happier!
